Dressing Up For Carnival

On the eve of Carnival, Chapel Market Street is in full dressing up mode, with many of the stores putting up themed displays on their windows and walls  and even out into the street. We have Mad Hatter Tea Parties, Mountaineers and a massive “remembrance” in the Market Place.  Good Luck eveyone!
