Dear Furness Vale Local History Society,
I am a volunteer with the National Trust working at Dunham Massey Hall, Cheshire. I take guided tours around the house and offer this tour, as a speaker, to clubs & societies at their meetings. If you feel this may be of interest please contact me by email, or telephone 0161 494 9218.
The programme lasts 45/60minutes and the title/content is:
Dunham Massey Hall, Cheshire.
An illustrated talk (using Power Point) of stories and anecdotes covering,
The history of the house, family, royal connections, power, Victorian romance and scandal.
There is a speaker service charge payable to, “National Trust Dunham Massey” (money goes to the conservation/restoration fund) plus the speaker’s expenses.
(I travel from the Stockport area).
I am fully booked for 2012 and now taking bookings for 2013.
Kind regards,
Peter W. Braun.
