Remembrance Sunday 9th Nov 2014
Sunday 9th November Service of Remembrance at the cenotaph in the market place at 11am. This service will be led by Churches Together
This will be preceeded by a service in Parish Church (St Thomas Becket) conducted by Rev. Ossie Post at 10am – everyone is welcome to attend.
We are searching for details of the young man, Edward Yates, killed in the first world war. We are particularly anxious to find out more details of his family and if there is any connection with the family Bennett. Our thanks to anybody who can help/ Jill Scarfe
